A Special Tribute to a Legend
Doug was a classmate of Rachelle's who passed away on August 26, 1997. He was involved in a car crash in Jasper
in which he was thrown from his truck. Doug, like Rachelle, was a very warm-hearted, sweet individual. He loved
baseball and was a member of the Jasper High School State Champion teams of 1996 and 1997. His baseball jersey number,
14, has not been worn by another Jasper player since his death.
